Our Customer Operations team, made up of our Customer Operations Managers, Facilities Team members and Front of House team, is the heart of our building - there really isn’t anything our team doesn’t do to make sure everything runs smoothly. Their most important role is to maintain high standards in our spaces with a combination of preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. Your Customer Operations Manager is Louise Catelani. She’ll be there to guide you at site meetings and through one-to-ones.
