Your space should feel like your own – maintained to your liking, and running so smoothly that you never have to worry. So if there’s anything you need from us, or maybe something you need more information on just let us know and our customer operations team will be happy to help. In the meanwhile, here’s a quick overview of the day to day basics:

Post
Royal Mail usually delivers to the park between 8am and 1pm every day. Your mail will be delivered directly to your building by our team. Please arrange any delivery of packages with your courier provider to be delivered directly to your suite. We also have an Amazon locker available in Greenheys for your use.

Cleaning
At Skelton House we’ve built up a professional team who are adept at keeping the building in tip top condition. We regularly clean the communal spaces, but if you would like cleaning of your space too just let us know and we can provide you the details and costs. Our services include regular cleaning of general office space, internal windows, telephones and carpets and we can also provide one-off deep cleaning services to revive your space.

Security
When it comes to security, we want to give you easy, 24/7 access to the building, while making sure your people and workspace are kept safe and secure. The building has fob access out of hours, meaning that your space is accessible to you 24 hours a day. The security team is available out of hours on evenings and weekends should you need them, and you can contact them on 07747 018 278

Maintenance & Repairs
We offer many additional services above and beyond routine maintenance. We can help you with all those important little jobs inside your workspace too. For instance, you might need an electrician, a plumber, cleaning, decoration, PAT testing or handyman services. From a one-off job, to the full, inclusive package, we’re happy to help any way we can. Contact your Customer Operations Manager.

Refuse and collection
You can dispose of your general waste and recycling in the building's bin store. Your Customer Operations Manager will show you its location upon moving in.

Energy saving
Energy saving is really important to us. That’s why we have a set heating period through the winter months, which allows us to save energy and carry out maintenance during the summer. Our heating period generally runs from October through to April.
