Post

Royal Mail usually delivers to Platform every day. Your mail will be available from your pigeon hole. We’ll also direct any couriers to the Mezzanine reception and we’ll give you a call to come and collect your packages from there. All outgoing mail should be dropped at reception by 2pm. Please arrange any delivery of packages directly with your courier provider. Please use Platform’s address for Royal Mail deliveries: Platform, New Station Street, Leeds, LS1 4JB, and for all other couriers use: Platform, Pitt Row, Leeds, LS1 4BT

Cleaning

In Platform we’ve built up a professional team who are adept at keeping the building in tip top condition. We regularly clean the communal spaces, but if you would like cleaning of your space too just let us know and we can provide you the details and costs. Our services include regular cleaning of general office space, internal windows, telephones and carpets and we can also provide one-off deep cleaning services to revive your space.

Security

When it comes to security, we want to give you easy, 24/7 access to Platform, while making sure your people and workspace are kept safe and secure, so Platform is monitored by CCTV. The building and the lifts have a smart door system technology, meaning that your space is accessible to you 24 hours a day using your access card. The security team is available out of hours on evenings and weekends should you need them, and you can contact them on 0808 147 1992.

Maintenance & Repairs

We offer many additional services above and beyond routine maintenance. We can help you with all those important little jobs inside your workspace too. For instance, you might need an electrician, a plumber, cleaning, decoration, PAT testing or handyman services. From a one-off job, to the full, inclusive package, we’re happy to help any way we can.

Refuse and collection

You can dispose of your general waste and recycling in Platform’s bin store. Your Customer Operations Manager will show you its location upon moving in.

Energy saving

Energy saving is really important to us. That’s why we have a set heating period through the winter months, which allows us to save energy and carry out maintenance during the summer. Our heating period generally runs from October through to April.
