Post
Royal Mail usually delivers to No.1 Circle Square every day. Your mail will be brought up to your office by one of the building Hosts. Please use No.1 Circle Square’s address for Royal Mail deliveries: No.1 Circle Square, 3 Symphony Park, Manchester, M1 7FS.
Cleaning
In No.1 Circle Square we’ve built up a professional team who are adept at keeping the building in tip top condition. We regularly clean the communal spaces, but if you would like cleaning of your space too just let us know and we can provide you the details and costs. Our services include regular cleaning of general office space, internal windows, telephones and carpets and we can also provide one-off deep cleaning services to revive your space.
Security
When it comes to security, we want to give you easy, 24/7 access to No.1 Circle Square, while making sure your people and workspace are kept safe and secure, so No.1 Circle Square is monitored by CCTV. The building and the lifts have a smart door system technology, meaning that your space is accessible to you 24 hours a day using your access card. The security team is available out of hours on evenings and weekends should you need them, and you can contact them on 07786 393 395
Maintenance & Repairs
We offer many additional services above and beyond routine maintenance. We can help you with all those important little jobs inside your workspace too. For instance, you might need an electrician, a plumber, cleaning, decoration, PAT testing or handyman services. From a one-off job, to the full, inclusive package, we’re happy to help any way we can.
Refuse and collection
You can dispose of your general waste and recycling in No.1 Circle Square’s bin store. Your Customer Operations Manager will show you its location upon moving in. We currently offer a recycling provision for dry mixed recycling, paper and card and batteries. If you have any other specialist waste stream requirements then please let us know and we can help by providing you with options and costs.
Energy saving
Energy saving is really important to us. That’s why we have a set heating period through the winter months, which allows us to save energy and carry out maintenance during the summer. Our heating period generally runs from October through to April.
