Refuse collection
There is a central refuse point for all customers of Manchester Technology Centre

Please arrange any delivery of packages directly with your courier provider. The address for deliveries is: Manchester Technology Centre, Oxford Road, Manchester, M1 7ED. The nearest post office is Manchester Mount Street, Town Hall Annex, Mount Street Wing, Albert Square, Manchester, M2 5DB. The building has a daily post collection mon - fri please contact your building host regarding collection times.
Cleaning
We regularly clean the communal spaces across our sites. We can also provide one-off deep cleaning services to revive your space.
Security
The main entrance to the building is currently open from 7am - 7pm, if you require access outside of these hours then please contact the MTC host for an out of hours access card.
Maintenance and repair
We offer many additional services above and beyond routine maintenance. We can help you with all those important little jobs inside your workspace too. For instance, you might need an electrician, a plumber, cleaning, decoration, PAT testing or handyman services. From a one-off job, to the full, inclusive package, we’re happy to help any way we can.
