CAR PARKING
Parking spaces are in short supply at Manchester Science Park, as with the rest of the city centre. You can request extra spaces for your business by contacting your Customer Operations Manager and we’ll let you know what’s available. Visitor car parking spaces are available at Greenheys. Allocation of these spaces is on a first come, first served basis and you will need to sign in the car registration at Greenheys reception. Any unauthorised parking will lead to a ticket for any visitor car not signed in at one of our receptions, or not displaying a Manchester Science Park parking pass. If all the parking spaces are full, you’ll find a number of carparks within easy walking distance shown on the map
CYCLE HUB & BIKE HIRE
It’s really easy to get to and from the city centre from the campus. We’re supporters of TfGM’s Zero Carbon strategy and encourage the use of public transport where possible.
Cycle Hub We have a fob access storage facility for up to 100 bikes located outside Greenheys. Inside the Bright Building you can access male and female shower facilities and a secure drying room for all your kit. Speak to your reception team about getting access to the Hub. Bicycle Hire Want to get into the centre of town quickly, or fancy a spot of cycling at the weekend? You can hire a bike from Greenheys reception from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and over the weekend, if you book before 5pm on Thursday. Simply fill out a quick form at reception and the bike is yours to wheel away, along with a helmet and lock. For more details, please email: reception@mspl.co.uk

Whatever the purpose, size or nature of your event, you’ll find the perfect space in our stunning selection of facilities: flexible, modern and inspiring. With natural light throughout the building, open flexible spaces, and outdoor garden space, the Bright Building is suited to a wide range of events, whether it's a conference, workshop, exhibition, creative event or even standing receptions. Our events and community team are always on hand to help you arrange the set up and logistics, and our on site building hosts will be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. With spaces accommodating 2 - 150 people each facility is fully equipped with everything you need to host the perfect event. Prices start from £900. If it’s meeting space you’re looking for, our three modern meeting rooms in the Bright Building can accommodate 2-10 people and are available from 30 minutes upwards. All meeting rooms are equipped with state of the art AV equipment, including Cisco video conferencing technology. Our building hosts are always on hand to help, whether you would like some refreshments and hot drinks or even to order catering for your meeting. Bruntwood SciTech customers receive a 25% discount on all meeting rooms and prices start from £30 per hour.
