You’ve made the decision to move, but please make sure you’ve officially let us know and had a conversation with your Commercial Manager.

Once you have notified your Commercial Manager, now is a great time to get in touch with your Customer Operations Manager (COM) so they can talk you through the next few months.
Think about creating a move out plan. Get advice from your COM, they’re experts on our buildings and know the ins and outs to make sure things go smoothly for you.
What you’ll see from us:
- If you’re in a serviced office we will begin the exit inventory process and get in touch when we have an idea of the charges and fees - we’ll usually come to meet you for a walk around your space as soon as is possible before you leave.
- If you’re in a leased space our Building Surveyor will be in touch to arrange a post-exit restorations/dilaps review.
- Things will remain business as usual!
