THINGS TO CONSIDER

Cancelling services
Make sure you contact all of your suppliers as early as you can to update them on your move out date. Some examples you might want to consider:
- Milk
- Cleaning
- Water coolers
- Shredding
- Shower access

Redirecting your post
It’s important that you set up a post redirection for anything you get sent to your building. Once you’ve left the space, we’ll return your post to sender - please remember to do this for any parcels you get delivered too!

Keeping your address up to date
You’ll need to change your registered address on your website, through Companies House and on Google Maps.

Changing your phone number
If you have a telephone service with us and are moving out, the number will not be transferred. You might want to register for a new one and update your records before you leave us.

Cancel your lockers
Email ap.mereside@bruntwood.co.uk to cancel your locker in the Shower & Cycle Hub. Make sure you clear all your items from your locker and remove any bikes/bike locks that may have been forgotten.
