Customer Operations Manager:
Natalie Blackshaw
Our Property Management team, made up of our Customer Operations Managers , Facilities Team members and Front of House team, is the heart of our building - there really isn’t anything our team doesn’t do to make sure everything runs smoothly. Their most important role is to maintain high standards in our spaces with a combination of preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. However, if you find something that needs their attention, please don’t hesitate to call it in via our customer service team or by contacting your building’s Property Manager directly.
Your Customer Operations Manager is Natalie Blackshaw. She’ll be there to guide you at site meetings and through one-to-ones. Natalie knows the ins and outs of how the building works and manages our facilities team to ensure that everything in the building runs smoothly.
